Yesterday I put on car tire chains all by myself. In the dark. IN THE SNOW (well maybe the snow part is obvious). It was awesome. I realize that the idea of me squatting in the snow in the dark while I fiddle under a dirty car wheel and my boyfriend stays warm and comfy inside, watching from the window (he’s a princess.) doesn’t actually sound very awesome at all, but it totally was. It was DEFINING.
